COW GHEE

Made using 100% Desi Cow Milk from indigenous cows, our Desi Cow Ghee offers dollops of natural goodness. We follow the traditional ghee making process i.e BILONA METHOD to make pure and authentic ghee. Full cream-whole cow milk is set to curd overnight. Set curd is churned in a wooden churner using the vilona-bilona method to separate butter from the curd. Separated butter is washed and melted into ghee by our experts who can make awesome tasting ghee. In the process, we also add some herbs to enhance the nutritional value of the ghee.

COW MILK

We deliver fresh, pure and natural A2 Desi cow milk in specially made glass bottles from our farm to our customers in less than 4 hours of milking. This makes us different from other dairy farms and gives our customers an experience of having cows in their backyard.Taste the difference in milk and you’ll never want to go back to your any other milk. Our milk is full of good nutrients needed for Healthy and Happy like. Desi cow milk contains A2 Protein which is good for muscles, Calcium to keep bones and teeth strong, Potassium for maintaining needed blood pressure.

AMRIT A2 Desi Cow Paneer is made from pure A2 Desi Cow milk. Paneer is generally a common source of protein for non-meat eaters or vegetarians and hence it has become an integral part of curries in Punjabi cuisine or north Indian curries. We use natural vinegar and lemon to maintain natural flavor and aroma. Amrit A2 Desi Cow Paneer is prepared in a homemade style for superior taste with natural ingredients. Unlike other paneer brands available in the market, Amrit Farms A2 Desi Cow Paneer tastes original with natural aroma. Our paneer is soft and delicious. Kids will simply love it.

Procured from A2 desi cow milk from our own farm, our nutritious dahi is untouched by human hands. Made in small batches to ensure freshness and hygiene, it is loaded with essential elements like Vitamin A, Vitamin B-12, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, and Phosphorus, as well as proteins.

TRADITIONAL CHAKKI PRESS ATTA

We provide Organic farm grown Aata extracted by Traditional Chakki which entacts the flavor and does not burn the Nutrient content of the wheat flour. Traditional Chakki Atta has many health benefits: It contains Vitamin B, dietary fiber, iron, magnesium, and prevents weight gain. We provide fresh Atta on as per demand from the customers. We do not stock Atta and request customers to give us 12-24 Hrs for delivery which ensures freshness of Atta.

KACHI GHANI MUSTARD OIL

Our Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil traditionally extracted from the first press of seeds hence comes with a strong aroma and retains all its natural properties and benefits. Rich in MUFA & PUFA, Vitamin E, Antioxidants Omega 3 and 6 which is good for Heart, Digestion & Excretion system and reduces risk of Cancer, Cold & arthritic pain, good for skin and hair growth.

TURMERIC POWDER

Our Turmeric Powder is extracted from the roots of TURMERIC PLANTS grown at our FARM . It has no artificial pesticides or colours . It can be used as a flavoring agent and has a high therapeutic value. This popular herb contains no cholesterol; however, it is rich in antioxidants and dietary fiber, which helps to control blood LDL or "bad cholesterol" levels. It is a very rich source of many essential vitamins such as pyridoxine (vitamin B6), choline, niacin, and riboflavin, etc. 100 g herb provides 1.80 mg or 138% of daily-recommended levels of pyridoxine.
