Milk got from Desi cows is very close to breast milk. It is no wonder that the cow has been symbolised as the universal mother in ancient, sacred texts. As per these religious scriptures, Kamdhenu is considered to be the mother of all cows and is worshipped even today.
Even Ayurveda venerates Indian cows for their milk that is full of life-giving, and nourishing elements that are essential for the human body.
